HOW DO I REQUEST AN AUDIO RECORDING?To request a copy of a digital audio recording of a Court proceeding, simply complete the secure online order form on the right and submit the order. During the process of your first order, you will create a user account in TheRecordXchange. You will be asked to make a payment via credit card. Digital audio recordings will be made available for streaming directly from your order within your online account.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR AN AUDIO RECORDING?Audio recordings are $25.00 per hearing date.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RECORDING AND WHAT IS VOICECOPY?The recording will be made available on the streaming TRX Player and it will include streaming recording w/ VoiceCopy™.  Once you access a date, you can click the small triangle next to the word "VoiceCopy" to expose the text that was generated by our system. The text will scroll as you play, is searchable, and is linked to the audio/video recording in the player.  In addition, you can download a PDF version of the VoiceCopy with links to the recordings.

IS VOICECOPY A CERTIFIED TRANSCRIPT?No, it is simply a technology that enhances the value of the recording and at any time you can request a certified transcript if needed.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE RECORIDNG ON THE SITE?You can access this website and this order from any PC or Tablet by using the browser and logging in to our site (please use Google Chrome).  This recording is always available and you can share this with others on the share tab of the order.
